My schedule for my super-duper 10 day program
day one- fruits and vegetables as much as i want
day two- fruits and vegetables as much as i want
day three- fruits and vegetables as much as i want
day four- fasting
day five- fasting
day six-fasting
day seven- fruits and veggie, slowly get out of fasting
day eight-fruits and veggie, slowly get out of fasting
day nine- fruits and veggie, slowly get out of fastingday ten-fruits and veggie, slowly get out of fasting ALL OF THIS IS FOLLOWED BY LOTS OF SELF MOTIVATION AND MEDITATION, SMILES AND HAPPY TIMES! I REALIZE THAT I GIVE MY BODY STRESS RELIEF AND ABILITY TO RESTORE! LOVE!
